oh, to live on Sugar Mountain with the barkers and the colored balloons
poor Carpinteria, getting hit by the pot farms, development and Highway 101 expansion..people are selling due the cannabis odors...when I moved here in 1996, I loved the mix of houses and businesses, the ag and flowers everywhere, nice beaches and of course the Bluffs, the Salt Marsha and Santa Claus Lane.. and the folks were friendly
but you can't stay on Sugar Mountain forever...city councils change and attitudes change, but how often do girls change their panties?? I don't know
and the voters! how dumb can they be? pretty dumb and now poor Carpinteria is paying the price...housing prices are still good and if you bought when the buying was good, you'll make a nice profit
but some people want only money because they are greedy and greed is not good
the road to hell is paved with gold...
but the road to Sugar Mountain is paved with sweet dreams
