so I'm not pleased with the changes at the Botanical Gardens in Santa Barbara..I've made that clear before..a history of mismangement and crazy people like the Symingtons involved..then they hired some dude named Steve Windhager who turned the gardens into a dog park not to mention a Beer Garden!!! DISGUSTING!!!

anyway, I'm looking thru the SB Court Calendars and see a familiar name..Steve Windhager and his wife mentioned in a civil lawsuit....
