Gorillas in a Rut....

Be Here Now...
(KTYD CENSORS THEREFORE SUCKS!!)
holy shit
..I found my calling!! FINALLY!! While investigating the Avogadro's number of tax-exempt organizations (6.02214179 x 1023) in Santa Barbara County, I started getting excited by one in particular..they got $81 million in assets...I'm stoked surfers, I'm thrilled thrill-seekers, I'm anchored down in Anchorage, Sarah!!
and...I'm the guy who deserves this grant....I studied 'em all..Maslow, Perls, Dr. Laura, Ghandi, Marx Bros, the 3 Stooges, Jung and Freud, Ram Dass, Dass Ram etc...I got a consciousness complex you wouldn't believe!!! I'm gonna take you higher! higher!! and maybe Sigourney Weaver will finally take notice of me instead of those gorillas she hangs out with!
The James S. Bower Foundation provides support for the positive social and cultural evolution of our world. The Foundation helps to create a better future by making grants to partners who share the belief that a healthier world can be fostered through compassionate action and social change. We believe that philanthropy can play an important role understanding and influencing societal change processes that will lead to positive results. We are committed to strategic, purpose-driven and outcome-oriented grantmaking and are interested in how we, as individuals and members of diverse cultural, religious, economic and political groups, can find commonality and further changes in:
Educational, developmental and health processes for infants, children, and youth,
Educational, developmental and health processes for seniors,
Environmental conditions,
Human consciousness and social awareness.
The Foundation’s giving is focused in Santa Barbara, California.

Consciousness Grants
Participating in the positive evolution of the human race
How can each of our unique capabilities be honored and expressed as a positive contribution to our community? How do we identify and remove barriers to success? What conditions will encourage each person to do his or her best? What is the consciousness of change?
Our existence is one of dynamic change. The processes of conscious and unconscious evolution are forever and continuously acting on all forms of life, matter and thought. Accordingly, the Foundation invests and partners with others who share our belief that a better world can be constructed through advancements in human consciousness. We are interested in supporting projects that will change community consciousness, awareness and values relative to our interest areas, and those that seek to raise and expand the community dialog about consciousness itself.
