Pleasant Valley Saturday...

the biggest losers....

My other new female newspaper-person interest is Nancy Crawford Hall of the Santa Ynez Valley Journal, whose mission statement is to perform the valuable service of informing and educating members of the public (except UCSB students) about rural life, gov't, local life and when community meetings take place...she also loves to tell us how rich she is, bragging about her travels and land she owns in Hawaii; her relatives in England, her trips abroad..so is it any wonder that she is the money machine behind Steve Pappas? Pappas lost the 3rd district election to Doreen Farr, but can't quite accept that fact..and now he's trying to buy the election with recounts, lawsuits..the question is why Nancy wants Pappas so badly (sex?)...I 'm not a valley girl so I don't know the mindset over there..some like casinos, wine bars, tourists and others don't...I think Nancy's big fear is gov't regulation of her land..like we're all not regulated in some way. I'm all for protecting ag land and water rights, but I think some of these wealthy valley land owners have some sneaky plans up their sleeves..and it is not at all about protecting the valley, more about feeding their greed....Nancy wouldn't be crying so loud about gov't intrusion, real or perceived, unless her pork was threatened..you follow me? Maybe some details will come my way in the future..so far it's just a gut thing...but politics in the valley just got a little more interesting..
I also have a hard time with people who can't accept losing...losing is a fact of life..we all can't be winners like me, so some of you need to be losers..like Fat Chick Nancy and Steve Pappas..now we got more overpaid lawyers in the mix with extraordinary stories of invalid votes..more delay tactics straight out of loser Wendy's playbook....when are you big fat losers going to grow up and be adults?? and Pappas says he's an independent or non-partisan but he's a bought and paid for Republican..kinda like Nancy's racehorse who came up lame..really lame..

Wasn't her latest "On the Ranch" a piece of work? I think it was in direct response to the "survey" I mentioned to you a couple weeks ago - notice how she specifically mentioned her educational background? Mmm hmm. Sounded a little defensive to me - she must have gotten some real doozies back! Perhaps she is afraid because her property is actually an Indian Burial Ground (it wouldn't be a complete stretch since we're in Chumash territory)...ironic how most of the traffic related deaths in recent times on Hwy 154 have happened right along her property line (including the accident in which Cleaves was murdered by drunkard Johnigan)!

I read Big Nancy's latest On the Ranch and it was wordy and funny... and meandering like her ranch maybe...I wonder how she got her ranch..did she marry into it? who would marry her?? I got an idea for an expose on the Santa Ynez Valley..will there be peace in the valley or a rumble in the alley? a'probing I will go....

Do let me know how I can help! It is my understanding that she and her brother were adopted. After their parents died, Nancy got one side of the 154, and her brother got the other side. I don't know how much of that story is true - I'm a transplant to the Valley from Los Angeles (3 years and counting). The next time I see her at the bank trying to squeeze her fat ass out of her car, I'll take a picture with my phone...

Struck a nerve, did we? If you haven't figured it out, this blog isn't about puppy dogs and scrap booking. If you don't what people write, then don't read it. I do have a life, and I happen to be a professional and a tax-paying home-owner in the SYV, and I have an absolute (first amendment) right to say what I think about the loudest mouth in the Valley who doesn't represent my thoughts or feelings. And if you are THE Nancy Crawford Hall, as I suspect, then you should know a thing or two about free speech, since you exercise your right every week! If you can't take the criticism, then shut the hell up and no one will say one thing about you! YOU get a life and find a blog that more represents your interests and leave us the hell alone.
