Catch Us If You Can

here they come again, catch us if you can

Santa Barbara is a bad place to be an alcoholic..beer, wine, booze, wicksky and all kinds of spirits to keep you plastered and detached from reality....cocktails, bartenders and all that mix into alot of drunk drivers....I got no issue with boozers until they get drunk and drive then they endanger me...the cops for the most part do an excellent job of catching these wretches before they kill, but they can't catch them all

how sad that a former Lieutenant of the SB Police Dept was involved in a DUI and sentenced to 15 days in the slammer

WEB: A retired Santa Barbara Police Lieutenant is due in court this month to face hit-and-run charges in connection with an incident that occurred last year. According to Santa Barbara’s Noozhawk, Retired Lieutenant Paul McCaffrey is due in court on January 26, 2017 to face charges associated with his July 28, 2016 arrest. Initially, he was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence (DUI).

Although very few details were released, we do know he is facing charges including hit-and-run causing property damage and resisting, obstructing or delaying a law enforcement officer. The initial wreck occurred on the 1200 block of Santa Barbara Street, about a block away from police headquarters. Thankfully, nobody was injured in the incident.

seemed like a good guy when I saw him on TV and at least he didn't run to the News-Press and do a five part series on fictional police brutality like ol' Peter Lance did...I got some news on those boys, Lance and his clowns..I'll show it to you...later

but remember this: you will never find a solution at the bottom of a bottle
