Once In A Lifetime

Same as it ever was, same as it ever was, same as it ever was, same as it ever was Same as it ever was, same as it ever was, same as it ever was, same as it ever was Water dissolving and water removing There is water at the bottom of the ocean

so there's this ad about the Montecito Water Security Team, a slate of candidates running for seats on the Montecito Sanitary and Water districts...

APPALLING!!

I read the ad then I watched the short video and this lady who is running for a seat on the water board, Cori Hayman says when she learned that they were dumping 500000 gallons of wastewater on Butterfly Beach, she was "appalled"...

https://www.montecitowatersecurity.com/

let's stop there..look, ignorance will only get you so far and to claim such a preposterous thing is ignorant...there is no stigma if you know your shit and this is what happens when we treat waste: you flush the toilet and the water carries your DNA down the sewer pipes to the treatment plants unless you live in Mexico, then you just piss in the river...don't let that caravan in!!

without treatment plants like the Montecito Sanitary District then the ocean really would be polluted...they are the last line of defense!! make sure they are funded with professional well-paid staff

Butterfly beach should not allow dogs AT ALL..and the treatment plant does not "dump wastewater" there..it discharges fully treated effluent which meets all water quality requirements from the state of California...it's been happening for years and to be appalled now is just plain ditzy..you don't want this chick on the water board.. say no way to Cori Hayman...she does not understand basic biology...as a matter of fact, none of the folks on the Montecito Water Security Team seems to know anything about water! maybe they could join Nipper as professional water tasters!!

and they say they want to recycle water for irrigation...the Montecito plant treats 500000-600000 gallons of wastewater/day so how much do they want to reclaim? 100000 gallons? enough to water Oprah's garden for a month..sounds kinda silly

and I wonder if these folks have heard of the Water Cycle-Nature's recycling system....in a drought, it's best to use less water which means lots of Montecito mansions will need to STOP WASTING WATER!!!!

be careful who you vote for!!
