'member I told you last week that the OC Register was shrinking and that the News-Press may follow suit? 'member that? well in Monday's News-Press Don Katich told us that he's shrinking...shrinkage...I'm not surprised that the guys at the News-Press couldn't find their dicks with a flashlight, I just was surprised the shrink happened so quick....Wendy must be down to her last million
anyway Don says the newspaper print business is suffering due to the internet..well duh Don..when you print stories that are a few weeks old and quote FOX NEWS 24/7, something has got to give..
so the News-Press last gasp is to go to a two-section paper, probably fire some good reporters, and continue using cheap labor from Wendy's Young Miss America Foundation???

ok so I got a paper...still 75 cents but HELL even the Sentinel is thicker!! and no editorial page except some cheap imitation on Page 2....hey they even got Peter Howorth posting Shark Warnings on the front page! I bet that shark is half way to Hawaii by now....
ok so they crammed everything into 16 pages but still charge 75 cents....and no TV Guide!!
today's News-Press is a shadow of its former self....that's no secret
ps....then I hear from the Independent/Nick Welsh that Tony Denunzio got busted..this time at the Harbor....alcohol allegedly involved....
time to babysit again taxpayers!
