well I was watching that great old musical last night but noticed Doris Day had a weird sinister look in her eyes...what was up with Doris I wonder? (sister #1)
and yes the night sky was awesome...Venus and the Seven Sisters so close and bright....hard to capture on my budget camera, but you can kinda see it.....
so the News-Press has decided to fill the editorial pages with more rightwingers, teabaggers, gypsies, tramps and thieves.. I support that one hundred percent...it's Wendy's (sister #2) paper and she can do whatevah she wants...whatevah!! but you better watch out Wendy my girl...
The Philadelphia Inquirer, Daily News, and Philly.com has been sold to local investors for $55 million. The announcement came late Monday morning, as anticipated.
Three local businessmen purchased the newspapers -- H.F. "Gerry" Lenfest, New Jersey Democrat George Norcross III and Lewis Katz, the former owner of the New Jersey Nets. The buyers formed a new company called "Interstate General Media LLC."This is the fifth time in the last six years that the newspapers will change hands.
In 2006, the purchase price was $515 million. In 2010, it was sold for $139 million at a bankruptcy auction.
There are already plans to cut 45 positions this month, 40 of those jobs coming from the newsroom....

but the News-Press isn't for sale..yet...and if you concentrate the crazies on one page, it's easier to make fun of them! first off we got Lanny Ebenstein (sister#3) throwing in the towel on public pensions but never indicating that his initiatives failed....some folks are just not able to admit they are losers, so they make excuses, like Lanny..and Lanny says people who work for the gov't are part of a kleptocracy!!

ok then we got some lady named Lessie Nixon Schlontzler (sister #4...geez, I feel like I'm in Israel) who runs the Wildlife Care Network..a little zoo in Goleta..you see, Wendy just bought them a new property, so Lonnie wrote in to kiss ass a bit..hey Lonnie, did you know Wendy gives money to the Center for Biological Diversity who supported slaughtering thousands of pigs, poisoning many non-target species like owls and foxes on the Channel Islands? did you know that, Lonnie? how does that make you feel Lessie?
actually, I think the reason Wendy gave Lessie the cash is because Lessie reminds Wendy of Wendy's mommy, Harriet Miller, who's dead...sorry, but it's true and btw Lessie looks a little like Wendy's pal Dr. Laura too (sister #5)...I tell ya, I got these people pegged!
then we got Michele Malkin (sister #6) the nuttiest teabagger of them all crying about the conservatives being beat up in Wisconsin....all those union thugs are kicking the conservatives asses..figuratively.... but Michele keeps thinking that the union mafia is gonna kill her fave teabagger politicans..she really fears them..all those mafioso teachers, cops, firemen....
and she calls on all teabaggers to help the conservatives being recalled....
but what Michele keeps leaving out in her loony columns are facts...she lies to please her rich tea sugar daddies...when she claims that Walker and the GOP majority ended the union dues "racket" she forgets to mention that was struck down by the court....I've gone thru this before but paying dues is not a racket.... it's a reality if you have a union who negotiates on your behalf....the conservatives want workers to be drones who don't question management when management cuts corners for more profits..
Michele is really worried about the Lt Governor Rebecca Kleefisch (sister #7) who is also on the recall chopping block and is apparently facing sexist taunts from the left.. I think it's actually a parody of Rush Limbaugh calling that college gal a slut... Michele..like if I called you a little Jap whore bitch..
