ok so geez...WTF is wrong with people? I see our pal Tony DeNunzio is beating up women again...or anyway he was arrested for it again....first he drives drunk on a suspended license for a previous DUI, then hits an 18 year old guy and gets convicted of battery, then he hits a woman??
and when Tony got arrested by Officer Tudor, the yuppiemuppies who interfered should have just butt out...the officer was weighing all Tony issues, that's why things got violent...the issue is Tony Denunzio, not the cop....Denunzio belongs in jail for a few years....

so I read in the News-Press that a judge in Santa Maria has granted a defense motion to inspect the lab where Denunzio's blood was examined for alcohol content...godammit what is wrong with these judges?? this is a total waste of time..thanks Darryl..the motion to suppress didn't work, so now we ELONGATE the trial so Genis can look at the lab...have you ever been in a lab..it gets cleaned after the work is done..there's beakers, graduated cylinders, lab coats, pipettes, autoclaves and Gooch crucibles that need cleaning....so what is Darryl looking for......maybe he left his brain in a petri dish!!
take these sunken eyes and learn to see.....
well now I get why Lanny Ebenstein keeps writing the same editorial everyday in the News-Press...all his anti-public worker initiatives failed to qualify for the ballot!
and, it appears that the folks behind the other anti-public worker reform ballot initiatives have given up...but you won't see story in the News-Press will ya??
A group that hoped to put a sweeping public employee pension reform measure on the November ballot is suspending its campaign.
"It's a sad day for pension reform in California," said Aaron McLear, spokesman for Sacramento-based California Pension Reform.
Although the group had drafted two measures that qualified for signature collection, it couldn't raise the $2 million or so needed to mount the petition effort for either one.
In November, Calfornia Pension Reform submitted a proposal to put future state and local public employees into defined contribution plans and another measure that would have shifted future workers into hybrid pensions. In January, it received the title and summary for both, intending to determine which would poll better and then shop that plan to potential campaign donors.
The language that came back from Attorney General Kamala Harris' office was worded to make it unpopular with voters, the pension reform group complained. The language was "false and misleading," it said in a press statement today.
And that made it harder to find money, McLear said.

and here's a list of Lanny's initiatives that sucked, initiatives that have not gathered the required number of signatures during the 150-day circulating period fail to qualify for the ballot.
1502. (11-0022)
Increases Retirement Age for Teachers, Peace Officers, and Other Public Employees. Initiative Constitutional Amendment.
Summary Date: 09/06/11 Failed: 02/16/12

Increases the minimum retirement age to 65 (or 58 for sworn public safety officers) for members of the California Public Employees' Retirement System and the California State Teachers' Retirement System, including for teachers, nurses, police officers, firefighters, and other public employees. Summary of estimate by Legislative Analyst and Director of Finance of fiscal impact on state and local government: In the long run, possible reductions in state and local pension and retiree health costs. The magnitude of the savings would depend on a variety of legal, implementation, and behavioral uncertainties and would be offset to an unknown extent by increases in other state and local employee compensation costs. 1501. (11-0021)
Increases Income Taxes on Teachers, Nurses, Police Officers, Firefighters, and Other Public Employees for Pension Income. Initiative Constitutional Amendment.

Summary of estimate by Legislative Analyst and Director of Finance of fiscal impact on state and local government: Possible increase in state revenues from a new tax on certain public employee pensions. Over the long run, these revenue gains would be offset by decreases in other state and local revenues and increases in some state and local costs. (11-0021.) (Full Text)

I love how they try to blame AG Kamala Harris for their own stupidity...and Lanny, demonizing cops, firefighters and teachers is pretty stupid...
