BOOM! BOOM!

BOOM BOOM...I'm gonna shoot you right down...

if your dog is a true American patriot, he will love the fireworks!!!

so really.....is your dog a communist? a socialist? if he is afraid of the BOOM BOOM BOOM 4th of July fireworks then he may be a commie! I demand a full hearing and I want a list of all the dogs who are afraid of our Independence Day..the 4th of July...and many are behind it...PETA, Humane Society, the News-Press..all commies...I will out this doggone commie conspiracy against the USA!!

well the 4th of July is coming up and to most Americans it means a celebration of our country's independence... however for me it means none of that...it means the first time I got laid...July 4th 1968...when I was a teenager..a teenager in love...in Tennessee, it's illegal for youngsters to hold hands now!

I'm learning from dog people that the tradition Independence Day is not so much fun...according to them, you need to rearrange your 4th of July celebrations to accomodate your dogs! dogs nowadays have computer chips in them, they wear clothes, they sleep with their owners and they drink wine....this is all very nutty and creates an impression that dogs are pussies..they aren't ..real dogs are opportunistic, sharp, smart and can take care of themselves....I'm talking about wild dogs like coyotes and ranch dogs...now there's some real dogs! do you think coyotes give a crap about the 4th of July fireworks?? NO.. THEY DON'T !!!

one person has a blog wherein she pretends she's a dog! it's called the Pooch Blog or something...

she advises: Stay home or have a pet sitter: Leave your dog at home, or wherever they're least stressed! Fireworks shows are fun for humans, but for many of us dogs they're too overwhelming. If you aren't able to stay home with your pets, consider hiring a professional pet sitter, or have a friend come over to hang out and comfort them. Or, if you have a friend or family member who can keep an eye on your inquisitive canine, arrange a play-date elsewhere--just as long as your pet will be happy.

Medications: If the anxiety is too much for your dog or cat, contact your veterinarian about providing an anti-anxiety medication in order to make the holiday more tolerable.

pet-sitters??? anti-anxiety medication for a dog??? or cat?? a cat?? cats are normally crazy so a pill won't make them less so!!

ok..this is where I draw the line and you know what happens if I hang around stupid people for too long? I get stupid too!! and right now I'm holding on for dear life so I don't cross over and start feeding Prozac to the neighbor's psycho dog!!

I think his name is McCarthy....

Right, in other words, completely inconvience everyone around, even you poor fucking friends who obviously have no life of their own, you so you can feel guilt free about not being able to watch your own fuckin mutt. I'm sure in eas in California where the meme sweeping the nation was born. You know, that French kissing your cat-turd eating cocker spaniel is the chichi way to behave .. Even if it means bothering ever human around you with your obnoxious. I think it's just another failed attempt by lonely old women to eliminate the need for men. Sorry girls, we stick poodle ass.
