why do we never get an answer, when we're knocking at the door

it seems that Peter Lance and the News-Press have sent Mallory Dies' family on a wild goose chase...the one piece of evidence they think Lance brought up is an alleged forgery by Team Capps to get Raymond Morua into some sort of treatment facility instead of jail..the details are not important for this post as everything is speculation and a lawsuit is in the works...

 

but I did see on KEYT the VOW4MAL folks haranguing poor Lois Capps about her involvement in the cover-up, or the alleged cover-up...it was a FOXNEWS kinda ambush which does nothing to help Mallory Dies...the brat doing the ambush asked Lois the dumbest questions: did you know Mallory voted for you? will you take responsibilty for what Lance accused you of? will you wear a badge not to drive drunk?

these are the questions he asked Lois who looked rather bewildered by this little publicity stunt in her face...are these really Mallory's friends???

anyway, I think I remember a report somewhere saying that Raymond says he didn't sign any papers, thus opening the door for another Lance forgery theory...now, I would suggest the kid pals of Mallory read Lance's account of his own DUI arrest..Lance's gov't conspiracy included numerous accusations of forgery by the cops....he asked all the folks who got busted for DUI, some swilling vodka and then joy riding in the parents' car....Lance asked these folks, who didn't remember much about the DUI arrest (because they were drunk)...Lance asked them if they remember signing any waivers and they all said "no"...their memories were crystal clear about that!

so there's a pattern in Lance's writings...now I think that Raymond lied and nobody forged his signature..a more likely scenerio is he lied and his lawyer Genis went along with it...Lance and Genis are pals so now we have another wild goose chase..

 questions: How DID Peter Lance obtain/publish this info? Did Raymond Morua waive his rights to client/attorney privilege? If so, why? Are Genis and Lance collaborating on this? If so, is Team Wendy involved? Is there a chance she's bankrolling any of this? And how does Raymond Morua benefit -- if at all.

If Genis and Lance are collaborating, is this a breach of ethics by Genis
well Genis and ethics are strangers we know that....

so now we got Team Wendy vs Team Capps if Wendy is bankrolling all this and it appears she is...

and what does Raymond Morua have to lose? nothing... he's got a rap sheet, he's a thief and he hit and killed Mallory, then ran away...not exactly a credible witness...

but if we need a handwrting expert I would trust the guy on Pawn Stars..the big lanky dude, Drew..he's spot on!

then I see the News-Press is looking for a new receptionist after the former News-Press receptionist, Kim Kreis, allegedly crashed her car DUI into some kids in a Mazda on Highway 101... I thought Katich said she was fired from the News-Press months ago...sounds like another lie to me...

and the new ad says nothing about a drug-free work place...hmmmm

who's responsible for that??? let's discuss this later as I launch an investigation into the investigation...
