I need SB councilman Rowse to stop saying "it is what it is"...I know it is,what else could it be, what it isn't?? please....it is what it is
after watching the Lance pretrial hearings in person, it is clear that one thing is missing...the mental issue..fuck the handwriting experts, we need psychological experts... someone to read the handwriting on the brain....an evaluation of Lance and Cruz..I'm serious..both these guys have clear issues with authority and narcissism..and definitely a host of other issues...the Lance and Genis Sideshow is costing taxpayers money....why not put that money to good use..I mean, every time they enter the Court, they try to disrupt proceedings! so I demand that Lance and Cruz be subjected to a formal mental evaluation to determine if they are crazy, as I suspect they are...and that would prove that Officer Beutel is being accused/stalked by a bunch of psychos!!!
and now the News-Press continues to try Officer Beutel in the media in concert with Lance's trial...to hear the News-Press/Lance tell it, poor Peter was arrested by a cop who commits perjury, fraud, forgery and abuses teens on a regular basis...what next, she's being investigated for pulling tails off puppies??
Lance is writing again that the state is investigating Beutel for worker's comp fraud now....and he repeats the story about Mike Kenny, the slacker fisherman who resisted arrest....Lance is digging like a Channel Island pig rooting in the sweet virgin native soil..this is the same old same old stuff....it seems everyone will be investigating Officer Beutel...which doesn't mean she guilty of a thing..however, if Lance says it enough times in the press, he's hoping for some return of the investment...publicity to cast himself as the innocent victim...now the fact that Lance is writing these articles is bad enough..his contempt for the courts, for the cops, for the justice system is evident and therefore, he's simply not credible....and all his allegations should be thrown out....
if the case goes to court, there's so much that Lance and Genis have presented that should be inadmissable..too many uncertainties with the claims against Beutel..the issue is Lance's DUI..although he and the News-Press want to shift the focus to Beutel...
when you are throwing accusations at a cop, you need to have more than Wendy's money backing you....you need to have personal integrity and credibilty..Lance has none; Cruz has none; Kenny has none.....there's a pattern among these folks.. and they don't need a judge at this point, they need a shrink......I think some of these guys have a screw loose..or maybe a cork loose..HAHAHA!
