attorney Barry Cappello, who went after honest working class ex-News-Press employees on Wendy McCaw's behalf, then left her employ after getting wise to her, is now suing her for non-payment of fees...of missed billable hours...of a bunch of things...
will Wendy counter-sue..of course! it's a prima facie certainty considering Barry probably had malice aforethought..but then again, Wendy has been accused of being a judgement debtor, so who knows where this will go...but one thing is certain, I can't wait for the hearings to begin!!!

Speaking of suing, I heard today that Wendy's money is suing on behalf of her boy toy Arthur Von Cheeseburger against the (Montecito?) Fire Department for making of mess of his petunia garden during the Tea Fire. Any truth to this fabulous rumor??
it very well may be true...there are a number of suits against the fire district, I'll check it out
