what makes Wendy think she's so special the Supreme Court is interested in her little soap opera?? well they aren't interested!
I was thinking about the News-Press corrections issued on page 2 after a previous story on page 1...seems to happen alot...whoops we messed up the story yesterday so here's another correction...
then I was thinking they must have cub reporters coming in like a sweat shop..we know that Wendy uses interns from her Young Miss America Foundation...Wendy gives mucho money to the non-profit...so I'm used to seeing stories about dogs and fluffy things which will continue until the universe corrects...
but I would think if you want to be trained in journalism, you'd go to a place that would make you smarter, not dumber...
and then there's Measure Y story about the Bridge over Troubled Waters...the News-Press says the bridge the developer wants to build is a footbridge.....well someone, a local pissed off activist was incensed at the News-Press, tried to inform them that this ain't no footbridge being planned..it's a full-on vehicle asphalt bridge that cars and trucks will use...there will be some pedestrian paths along the bridge..but it's not a footbridge...this issue will be up for a vote and Lanny Ebenstein is pro Measure Y..so I guess they fudged the story to fit their agenda! and the story was about the bridge!!!
well in today's News-Press, that's Saturday when nobody reads it, they issued a "clarification" on page A7 saying the original Veronica Meadows plan called for a pedestrian bridge but was later changed....
even though they were wrong in the original story, they still can't bring themselves to admit it and now offer excuses for their cub reporter from the Young Miss America Foundation....
