I needed a new printer so I ventured into liberal Santa Barbara and found a nice cheap one at Mitt Romney's store, OfficeMax....free enterprise is the best path to prosperity!

ok so I like the Salinas St part of SB...cool old homes just below APS...five points to all places...I know the Milpas Associaation has wildly claimed they turned around the Milpas neighborhood but what they did was fence off the Cabrillo ball field to keep the homeless folks out...they traded security for freedom so I hope they feel safe....but the homeless just went to State st as everyone knows...and nobody uses the Cabrillo ballfield anymore..it's sterile!!

 

 

but Milpas is pretty much the same as it's always been and that's why I like it ...so beware of chubby chicks crowing about how wonderful they are and how they saved everyone..rescuer complexes and control freaks...

 now while I was driving around I saw an old familiar apt building for sale...331 North Alisos...I saw the Coyote fire from a little room I rented upstairs..they had four apartments and I paid $60/month for mine..it had a big window and I'd play my guitar to the trees..then one day a modular home was placed next door..a single story..then some chicks moved in-my upstairs window looked right into their living room below- and next thing I knew they were running around the house naked and no curtains....

I had a room with a view...I seen more tits and ass than I ever saw!! those were good ol' days!!
but I was curious why the SB Fire Dept cut down 5 eucalyptus trees over by Eucalyptus St and APS....these trees haven't burned down in any fire so I surmise the fire dept panicked and removed some....GODDAMMIT!! its called Eucalyptus Hill for a reason!!

in the Coyote Fire everything burned...trees, cars propane tanks rocks...cutting down the eucs won't make the fire burn less...you would need to remove ALL FUEL to save the many houses...
so I hope the fire dept settles down and stops cutting down trees because of myths....

that fire was insane flames dancing close... up the Riviera...smoke and ash thick...fire engines cops and people everywhere...we evacuated down to Leadbetter beach..watching the fire on a warm Santana windy night at the beach was a thing I'll never forget...actually, it was beautiful

cutting down five eucalyptus trees isn't going to do a thing to stop a wind driven wild fire...not a thing...especially on APS.....
