Crossroads

I went down to the crossroads, tried to flag a ride.
Down to the crossroads, tried to flag a ride.
Nobody seemed to know me, everybody passed by.

someone once asked me who I endorse for SB city council..if I were voting , who I'd vote for...don't be silly, I don't endorse, I dictate...I want you to vote for Megan and Frank..do not under any circumstances vote for Jason Nelson or Lesbo Wiscomb...Jason is a barfly and Lesley is an insect...

the others are a toss up... Santa Barbara is beautiful, make sure you vote to keep it that way... do you understand me??

ok so some folks cry about unions giving money to campaigns like it's a big crime.. I always tell them it's not a crime, but a shrewd political move by the working class to balance the scales of power..

and look who the workers are up against....some local conservative pulling the strings for candidates like Lesley Wiscomb are giving heavily to PACs....these PACs don't even pay taxes!! and Lesley's hubby lent her $8000??? there's a conflict of interest if I ever did see one!!!

a metaphor for the GOP??

Jim Westby owns many Santa Barbara conservatives like Dale Francisco, Mike Self and now Lesley Wiscomb...

and look at how much money Wendy's ex Craig McCaw has given to American Crossroads..and they still lost the election!!! Craig's restaurant, the former Peabody's on Coast Village Road he bought a few years ago, sits tarped and empty-a metaphor for the Republican Party....

American CrossroadsAmerican Crossroads and Crossroads GPS, both formed in 2010, are the heavy hitters of the multicandidate outside spending groups. They were started and continue to operate in consultation with GOP operatives Karl Rove and Ed Gillespie. American Crossroads, a super PAC, and GPS, a 501(c)(4) that isn’t required to disclose its donors, spent more than $70 million that year, according to one of its officials, though they only reported spending a little more than half that to the Federal Election Commission. Steven Law, former general counsel of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce and chief of staff to Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell of Kentucky, is president of both groups. The groups raised $51 million in 2011, and have said they plan to spend much more than that in the 2012 elections.
