oh here's a picture of the lady lawyer who works with Barry Cappello and who both just screwed the taxpayers out of roughly $5 million....she also blames the sheriff for the accident that was caused by a drunk dirver...she looks like a high maintenance piece of ass to me...no wonder Barry looks like he's carrying her water all the time...he's pussy-whipped!!I BEG YOU DARLIN' PLEASE!!
now, why do lawyers try to suppress evidence? well, it became obvious to me during the Lance hearing....Lance and Genis tried hard to suppress evidence and kept filing motions to supress and dismiss because the evidence was illegally obtained, they argue...

now if the evidence was benign, then I don't think they would have made such a fuss, but the evidence against Lance was good enough to go to trial until Judge Brian Hill said it's ok for drivers to stop and ponder at a green light for up to 30 seconds....and why should such an activity cause the cops concern on a New Year's Eve?so of course Lance and Genis didn't want that evidence to reach a jury..and that's why Lance keeps going on Mr. Wimpy's Show proclaiming his innocence....
now according to my sources at the News-Press, Tony DeNunzio's atty, the same Daryll Genis is trying to suppress evidence that Denunzio changed lanes three times without signaling that night he was busted in front of the yuppiemuppies John and Ellen who went crying to Noozhawk who printed the story because well Noozhawk had some drug issues of their own and Billy Mac probably blames the cops for son Jane's Addiction...but that is neither her nor there,,,
the dash cam that everyone wants in all the police cruisers showed the erratic lane changes that would give a cop probable cause to pull DeNunzio over, but Daryll dosen't like that aspect of the dash cam that shows his client is guilty and wants those images suppressed and they got three judges considering this!! if it is granted the case may be dismissed...
a real judge would deny the motion immediately...
what's the good of a dash cam if DUI lawyers get to pick and choose what images they want the jury to see????
it is time for drunks and their lawyers to stumble up to the plate and accept responsibility for their pathetic little lives!! I am sick of footing the bill for them!!!

When Tony Denunzio was arrested, had the cop already radioed in and learned that Denunzio had some priors and might be difficult to deal with? Was this the reason the arrest was handled this way? I've always wondered.
No...it usually happens too fast to get that kind of information before we make contact. I wasn't there that night but I know from experience how quickly these things develop. Based on DeNunzio's size and strength, as soon as he pulled away from my grasp, I think I might have given him two or three verbal warnings to stop and then tased him.
