ok so now I know the News-Press is obsessed with Chief Sanchez and nemesis Officer Kasi Beutel...first we have a front page story about some illegal alien loser suing the Chief and Kasi for "civil rights abuse" because he was arrested for driving recklessly and without a license and his car was towed away..suing the cops because his car was towed away!!!
well you're not supposed to drive WITHOUT A LICENSE..that's the law dumbass..here again we have someone dodging personal responsibility and blaming the cops!! so I'm certain one of our fine judges will throw the case out..and I'm certain there is no coincidence that the Lance series and this article were printed today to help pad the effect...obviously..the tow story was written by Lance's pal Scott Steepleton, a confirmed liar, so I'm not at all surprised....
and as promised, the News-Press is running a repeat of Peter Lance's old series..that's right, it's all been said before...Wednesdays piece is titled "A DUI Arrest Tale of Two Cities"...this SAME PIECE was run in July 2012 ....
same stories, different endings
July 28, 2012: A man is arrested on suspicion of DUI. A police officer files false information regarding the incident. Then, at a Department of Motor Vehicles hearing where the fate of the motorist's license hangs in the balance, the lie is repeated. If these events sound familiar, then you are well-versed in the 2011 DUI case against investigative journalist Peter Lance, which was thrown out of court pre-trial on constitutional grounds. But these familiar events also make up the basis of a felony complaint that could land two LAPD officers in prison for nearly five years.....
Lance says:
What follows is the introduction I wrote in June 2011 to what became a 13-part series in the News-Press. At the time I was facing misdemeanor criminal charges for a DUI and the Department of Motor Vehicles threatened to take away my driver's license. Since then, all charges were dismissed and I was vindicated.....
actually he was not vindicated by Darryl Genis or anybody..the Judge dismissed the case on a search and seizures issue...the Judge, Brian Hill screwed up...I mean really, Lance admitted he had three glasses of champagne and went driving on New Year's Eve 2011..and got arrested for DUI..and there's the RUB..he can't get over the fact that he was arrested!!
so this is all a vendetta against the Chief and Officer Beutel...actually a temper tantrum..and Lance is a proven liar when last year he said he was age 56 on his Match.com profile ...this blog uncovered that lie so we should get an award!! and he's back on Match.com only this time he's not lying about his age since we busted him!!!
now, these stories are among the many (50 plus) run in the News-Press about Officer Beutel...check the News-Press archives and you'll be amazed how many stories are focused on Beutel and/or Chief Sanchez and or the City of Santa Barbara and/or the Police Dept arresting someone that the News-Press tries to protect...
EXCLUSIVE...POSSIBLY, BUT I'M NOT REALLY SURE, THE LATEST DASH CAM OF LANCE CRASHING HIS GEO- TRACKER IN DRUNKEN RAGE!!
a lie detector test??????
and the latest claim by Lance is Officer Beutel planted some black tar heroin on a DUI suspect like something out of a Crime Story script!!
the suspect was a "single mother" whose name Lance will not mention and "who had a law enforcement officer brother who died in the line of duty".. what does that have to do with anything?? ok so Lance tries to elicit some sympathy for the drunk.....but then he claims she passed a lie detector test about bringing heroin into the jail!! A LIE DETECTOR TEST??? like I said before a polygraph test can't tell the difference between a lie and a hard on!!
LANCE you dumbass...THERE IS NO MACHINE THAT CAN MEASURE A LIE....NONE!!!! (except a Ouija board) Peter Lance is starting to sound like birther psycho Orly Taitz!!
it's all very curious to me why the News-Press would waste so much time trying to smear the cops...my original theory is the NP is mad because so many members of TEAM WENDY have been busted for drugs or DUI, including Nipper's son Alexander who finally died at age 22 of a drug overdose! but why would Wendy and Nipper blame the cops...to relieve some personal issues? some anxiety?? some guilt??
I don't know but I do know the new circulation numbers are about to come out.....and subscriptions under Wendy's ownership have dropped from 50000 to 26000....
so Lance runs to Wendy for help to revive his sagging journalism career, and this is what they come up with??? geez Peter, if you had done a story on Nipper's son and his drug issues, you may have saved some young lives.....

The News-Press could have run a photo of the guy who actually filed the lawsuit. Instead, we got a HUGE photo of his attorney -- a white guy -- instead. You had to read into the story a ways to find out who sued. Wendy figured folks wouldn't care about a Hispanic guy getting his car towed, so she decided to mislead readers. Or maybe the lawyer wants the publicity. What do you think?
The article says Torres had a vaild driver's license, confirmed by Beutel with the number written on the ticket. He just failed to have it in his possession. Also Torres is a naturalized US citizen, not an alien. Hopefully the judge will get the facts straight.
oh yeah?? show me his birth certificate!
